According to recent studies, attorneys and judges suffer from mental health and substance abuse issues at much greater rates than the general public. These stressors have only compounded with the Covid-19 pandemic. It's important to be proactive in dealing with theses issues; the consequences can be catastrophic both personally and professionally. This program will teach attorneys how to structure a work/life balance that increases productivity and mitigate against many of the mental health issues common among law practitioners.
