Problem is that this was recorded in 2012 and laws and trends have changed since that time, and some is geared toward California and I don't practice in California. The older the content is, the less relevant it is. Overall though, it is very helpful information.

Excellent group effort. Good use of the text screen to the right of the presenter. They covered the subject of foreclosures and short sales wonderfully, important subjects to be sure.

I am not familiar with real estate and this was a bit advanced for a beginner but clear.

The content and presentation of this seminar is SUPERIOR. I actually enjoyed the presentation and I am sure that I will be referring back to this course contents many times in the future. I am sure that I will use this seminar many times in the future as a reference. Good work.

This isn't an area of law I practice in, but I found the subject matter interesting. The section regarding tax consequences includes a significant portion regarding tax provisions that seem to have expired according to the presentation. I'm not sure that makes much sense; I thought all of the presenters were knowledgeable though, and presentation taken in its entirety was well done.
