Well-balanced and innovative! The concepts shared takes a very common sense approach to a winning business model. Also very interesting to hear the real-world views and experiences of the presenters and their various clientele. Notable for me was the reduction in litigation and arbitration disputes this business model engenders, always a costly business expense and distraction to consider!

While it provides an interesting and potentially helpful way to think about the formulation of equity splits for start-ups, this course was really more of a sales pitch for a software product than an educational seminar.
