Useful and effective presentation. Covered all the major issues, and provided reference point for most of the issues that will be encountered in the regular course of practice.

They took an extremely broad area of law and condensed it nicely into subparts and points easily understandable to the listener.

I would have loved to have seen a duty to pay and the time lines and penalties for paying on time as well as excuses that insurance companies use to try not to pay on time.

Very helpful to an attorney that works in the insurance area but is not a coverage attorney!

Marta was not such a good speaker or organized in contribution to the discussion so that her part at times was a distraction. Stephen was great. Overall, I wanted out of it after 20 minutes due to Marta's speech patterns, but I had already spent the time. It seemed to get better but her thoughts were often on past topics, it seemed. .

Thanks this was a great presentation on some very current issues that I have ongoing in my practice. Much appreciated.
