The presentation was fine, but did not address the practical conflicts and sharing of non-public information that inevitably arise in the courtroom hallways when attorneys try to make deals favorable to their clients with limited regard for the authority of the court and the rights of other creditors.

Excellent presentation of ethics in Bankruptcy matters. Highly informative and the lecturer is more than qualified to present the issues. Recommend this course to anyone who may be or gets involved in Chapter 11 matters.
