One of the clearer, better presentations I have seen. I particularly liked that the presenter discussed the facts of particular cases, rather than just citing to the applicable principles.

This presentation went into useful caselaw examples of ESI discovery. Very useful presentation.

By far one of the best - if not the best - courses (presentations) that I've taken in the LexVid library. The rundown of the case law was excellent. The lecturer weaves in the law and facts of the cases clearly and holds the listener's attention. I've recommended this course to other California lawyers. The course is worth listening to twice, which I may do. Well done.
