Absolutely excellent video! Great use of examples, analogies, and human psychology to explain why he recommends particular courses of action and strategies in a jury setting.

Most fantastic cross examination training I've ever had 20 years into my career! (4 years as a prosecutor and 16 years as a defense attorney) I've been to lots of training and signed up for this b/c I ran out of time to go to a seminar. You are great at teaching this!

Best one he's done yet. Uses very good, real world examples. Doing trials myself for 20 years, great starter training and reminder tips/tricks for old dogs too.

This was exactly what i needed, even though i am a civil litigator. The practical considerations are the same in my world as in the world of criminal prosecution. The instructor’s real world experience, and his ability to convey it in a conversational way, are invaluable.

A lot of the material in this portion of the course (part 1) duplicated material also covered in part 2. I guess repetition doesn't hurt the learning process, but I watched both courses the same day and had a weird sense of deja vu.

As always this attorney delivered an entertaining, interesting and very informative presentation. Always enjoy his take on trial techniques.

Examples are real world and excellent. I'm looking forward to his other CLEs on this topic.
