I know nothing about Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Proceedings, but I found the topic to be interesting and worthwhile. Thank you.

Superb job presenting difficult provisions of Chapter 11 with precision and yet practicality.

Mr. Fox is an outstanding teacher. I have never practiced in his field, but he made it interesting, clear, gave EXCELLENT advise. He should do another CLE about what to do when you make terrible mistake that violates his warnings. For example you take on a client on who is impossible, but you need the money; how does one succeed when barriers are in the way? Much of what FOx says is equally in other areas of practice, and he could do a great presentation on what to do when problems arise….his presentations were the best by far.

Like Mr. Fox, I represent small businesses in Chapter 11. It was very exciting to hear him discuss matters I deal with daily. He confirmed many of the things I do and enlightened me on other points. A great seminar.

The instructor is highly engaging. I appreciate his psychological approach, and it strikes me that he practices law the way his father did medicine. (He said his dad was a doc.) I found this instructive and touching. Wish I had found in the niche in the law for which I felt so much passion.
