Superb job presenting difficult provisions of Chapter 11 with precision and yet practicality.

Mr. Fox is an outstanding teacher. I have never practiced in his field, but he made it interesting, clear, gave EXCELLENT advise. He should do another CLE about what to do when you make terrible mistake that violates his warnings. For example you take on a client on who is impossible, but you need the money; how does one succeed when barriers are in the way? Much of what FOx says is equally in other areas of practice, and he could do a great presentation on what to do when problems arise….his presentations were the best by far.

I enjoyed his presentation style and his obvious knowledge of the realities of Chapter 11
