Outstanding presentation. I really enjoyed the examples and experiences about dealing with clients and potential clients.

I am a lawyer for 45 years. I do nothing with bankruptcy. But this lecturer made a presentation that every lawyer should hear. How to evaluate a case, observing a client and the lawyers own ability to look at himself to see if he’s up to handling the case. A real good overview that can be applied to every area of the law . I liked the psychological, psychiatric approach he said must be employed. I thoroughly enjoyed this presentation. A VERY good lecturer.
