Defamation lawsuits have grown in recent years with the rise in internet review sites and other websites allowing online commentary. This program provides a thorough examination how defamation attorneys can defend their clients against online defamation. This program will help attorneys understand how free speech online applies to individuals in defamation cases and will teach pitfalls to avoid in bringing a lawsuit (if that’s the route taken).
