Requirements
Oklahoma requires attorneys to complete a total of 12 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours each year. The 12 OK CLE hours must include:
- 2 hours of Ethics
All 12 Oklahoma CLE credit hours can be earned online with LexVid.
Reporting
LexVid will report your Oklahoma CLE credits. Your credits will appear on your transcript within 30 days of completion.
Carry Over Credit
Attorneys may carry over up to 12 credits into the next reporting period, including up to 2 ethics credits.
Deadlines
ComplianceOklahoma attorneys must complete their CLE requirement by December 31st each year.
December 31stReporting/FilingOklahoma attorneys have until February 15th to report their CLE hours earned.
