Requirements
The State Bar of New Mexico requires attorneys to complete 12 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours every year. The 12 NM CLE hours must include:
- 2 hours in Ethics and Professionalism
- 1 hour in Equity in Justice
All 12 New Mexico CLE credit hours can be earned online with LexVid.
Reporting
LexVid will report your New Mexico CLE credits. Your credits will appear on your transcript within 30 days of completion.
Carry Over Credit
Attorneys may carry over up to 12 credits into the next reporting period, including up to 2 Ethics credits and 1 Equity in Justice credit.
