Requirements
New Hampshire requires attorneys to complete a total of 12 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours each year. The 12 NH CLE hours must include:
- 2 hours of ethics

Reporting
New Hampshire attorneys self-report their CLE credits using the ART reporting tool at https://www.nhmcle.org/.
Carry Over Credit
Attorneys may carry over up to 12 credits into the next reporting period, including up to 2 ethics credits.
Deadlines
ComplianceNew Hampshire attorneys must complete their CLE requirement by May 31st of each year.
