Nevada CLE Requirements

Requirements
Nevada requires attorneys to complete 13 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours each year. The 13 NV CLE hours must include:
- 2 hours of ethics
- 1 hour of substance abuse
Earn all 13 of your Nevada CLE credits with LexVid.
Reporting
LexVid reports your attendance within 30 days of course completion. Attorneys must then confirm their attendance once it appears on the Nevada Bar website.
Carry Over Credit
Attorneys may carry over up to 20 general credits, 4 ethics credits, and 2 substance abuse credits into the next two reporting periods. Excess substance abuse credits cannot be applied toward the ethics requirement.
