Missouri's Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Requirement:
Missouri requires attorneys to complete 15 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours each year. The 15 MO CLE hours must include at least 3 hour of Ethics programs, such as, substance use, mental health, legal or judicial ethics, professionalism, malpractice prevention, bias, diversity, inclusion, or cultural competency. Of those 3 Ethics programs, at least one must be devoted to elimination of bias.
Up to 6 self study credit hours can be earned online with on-demand courses including online with LexVid's on-demand courses, however, Ethics and elimination of Bias credits may not be satisfied with self-study.
Missouri CLE Compliance Deadline:
Missouri attorneys must complete their CLE requirement by June 30th each year.
Missouri CLE Reporting Deadline:
Missouri attorneys have until July 31st to report their CLE hours earned by July 31st of that year.
