Alan J. Wilhelmy is a shareholder of Rogers Joseph O-Donnell and a member of the firm's Construction Law Practice Group. Mr. Wilhelmy has extensive experience representing architects, engineers, contractors, owners and suppliers in all phases of construction. He has litigated, mediated, and arbitrated construction disputes of all types, including complex construction payment disputes and construction defect cases. Mr. Wilhelmy has substantial experience in representing engineers in the defense of professional liability claims. Mr. Wilhelmy serves as an arbitrator on the Construction Industry Panel and the Large and Complex Case Panel of the American Arbitration Association, and the California Public WOrks Contract Arbitration Panel. He serves on the Settlement Mentor Panel for the Contra Costa Superior Court, and is a member of the Associated General Contractors of California Legal Advisory Committee.
