Excellent presentation and instruction on this complex area of the law

Great presentation

This atty is top notch, presentation was A+. Learned (for the first time) the diff between source and object code--that said, I probably (for cle purposes) need the extremely well organized but byzantine descent into stuff that requires more background than -- again -- the average cle consumer. But, boy, I'll tell you this: decades ago I did M&A work, lots of due diligence, etc. This presentation made it clear that it's far better I"m retired-- the complexity of issues like those covered here? Nah, I'm too old! Again, great presentation/content

The speaker was extremely knowledgeable and the course was very informative. Actually, I wish the presentation was longer so that the speaker could provide more discussion of open source issues drawing on his experience. From a visual standpoint the circulating was distracting.

This one was great all of the way around. I worked in the IP field before I retired and had some familiarity with the old way of dealing with Open Source code. This took me from old approach to understanding the new approach

I review contacts that often contain very specific licensure provisions and/or intellectual property provisions, so this was very helpful.
