I thought the course was a great insight into some easy ways an attorney can fall into the trap of saying too much or the wrong thing pre-trial. I fully intend to read the Sheppard and Gentile decisions, as well as to re-read my own state's seminal case on media access to cases (Ishikawa) to gain a better understanding of potential pitfalls and best practices.
