Excellent presentation by hosts regarding the availability of this expedited bankruptcy process, as (the hosts noted) which is intended to make Chapter 11 BK proceedings more affordable and which, as the hosts noted per initial analyses, have demonstrated a greater efficiency, lower cost, and ultimate success in completion than the traditional Chapter 11 proceeding. The program also highlights the importance of pre-filing preparation, including the degree to which creditors will be amenable to the process, readiness to comply with the compressed filing deadlines, and how the debtor intends to make payments under / fund the plan if it is approved so that it can be successfully completed. Note: Hosts’ use of alternating video screens, rather than side-by-side (panel) Zoom or regular seating, worked well, brief pauses allowed taking notes without losing overall continuity of program. So important, and just recently passed

The two attys, going back forth made the program lively, but needed more coordination to make sure that there were not gaps. Summarizing the law after quoting the law sections was very helpful to those who do not practice this subject on a daily basis.
