The presenters made a complicated area of law very understandable to the student who has little knowledge of securities. An excellent course.

This had good information but did not flow in a way that it was easy to follow. I had to do a fair amount of rewinding and relistening to it.

The materials could have summarized better the law and untangled now and when adopted better.

Good course reviewing proposed SEC regulations of crowdfunding-based investments. Presenters seem very knowledgeable.Slightly out of date since SEC rules were adopted 10/30/2015. An update would be great.
