Assisted Reproductive Technologies ("ARTS") Law is an emerging area of family law, with families increasingly seeking to utilize ARTS when faced with infertility issues. This program covers the complex world of ARTS Law, which combines both family/adoption issues as well as contract law, and walks viewers though a number of scenarios they are likely to see in an ARTS law practice. Topics covered include: common ARTS procedures and agreements; the attorney's role; ARTS vs. adoption; contract drafting guidelines; and ethical considerations.
