I liked the dual presenter format

information in this presentation went above and beyond "basic" mediation practices and gave some excellent suggestions on how to handle difficult situations as well preparation techniques.

Technical issue - stooped twice and went bck to the beginning (no it wasnt at the "are you still here?" point. Not a huge fan of the dual presenter method - a bit disjointed and less than organized. Probably just a personal preference though because I am certain they are both very much qualified.

This is the best CLE I've ever had on mediation.

This is a very helpful overview of mediation basics, both in construction cases and overall.
