"Very engaging and not boring. Good ideas on how to keep your sanity."

   David W

"Excellent tag-team approach, providing real-world examples and tangible take-aways. It isn't easy to talk about these things, and it isn't easy to address them, but there was a very real approach to this. It wasn't flowery and in the clouds. Loved the real-talk attitude and no-nonsense approach. Well-done."

"A good review of the important information that we all experience, but no one wants to talk about!"
