Of course, having clerked for two bankruptcy judges in two states and worked for the U.S. Trustee, I feel that I could have taught the course, but our local rules here in the S.D. Florida require that I take 12 hours of bankruptcy CLE in each reporting period, so I did listen. Well presented and, most importantly from my perspective, I will recommend to colleagues who are less familiar or not at all familiar with Chapter 11. Good presentation.
