Mr. Fitzpatrick provides as usual an excellent summary and thorough discussion of selected important decisions of the Supreme Court term, here the term beginning October 2018. His analyses are never hurried and always seem fair, and reflect thought given to the connections between the current decisions and precedent, and the ramifications of the opinions. The one glaring mistake in this presentation -- and I cannot fathom why LexVid has not corrected it yet as the video was filmed I'd estimate in fall 2019 and I am writing this in May 2020 -- is that the slides are for Part II of his presentation but this video is Part I. Thus none of the cases he discusses are addressed in these slides, and none of the cases summarized in the slides are in this talk. I do not have the tech sophistication to look at whatever slides are attached to his Part II talk, while listening to Part I. I don't know (yet) if the slides were switched, or if when I listen to Part II that will (again) have Part II's slides which will then be appropriate. Other than that, excellent presentation.
