Georgia CLE Requirements

Requirements
Georgia requires attorneys to complete a total of 18 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours every 2 years. The 18 GA CLE hours must include:
- 3 hours of Ethics
- 2 hours of Professionalism
All 18 Georgia CLE credit hours can be earned online with LexVid.
Reporting
LexVid will report your CLE compliance within 30 days of program completion and pay your reporting fees. You can check you CLE transcript by logging into your GA Bar account.
Georgia attorneys have until January 31st to report their CLE hours earned before the end of the previous year.
Carry Over Credit
Credit carryover is allowed with the following limits: 18 general CLE, 3 ethics, and 2 professionalism credits.
