Very informative presentation. I have provided research and writing services for attorneys in my jurisdiction, but recently had an opportunity to work with an attorney in another state. I believe that I handled that relationship according to the guidelines Ms. MacKay has outlined here, but I wish I had seen this before. I will definitely refer back to this as I move forward. I also hope Ms. MacKay will consider doing another presentation on how she markets her services and manages her firm.
