Recognition & Enforcement of International Arbitration Awards

The successful enforcement of international arbitration awards requires careful navigation of both domestic and international law. In this program, Neil Popovic, a partner in the Business Trial Practice Group in Sheppard Mullin, will lay out the legal details, practical considerations, and recent developments in international arbitration.
